Hayes is located in the London Borough of Hillingdon in West London, not to be confused with another Hayes situated in Kent. Just 13 miles from the Charing Cross it is a suburban development that has grown over the past century or so from previously agricultural land.
Ideally situated for the commute into London, the area is popular with families and has the benefit of five primary and five secondary schools and the nearby Uxbridge College. There are a number of popular parks and gardens and the town is well serviced with amenities and leisure facilities of all kinds.
There are extensive rail and bus links in the town and the area is close to junctions three and four of the M4 motorway and to Heathrow airport. The choice of housing is extensive, as befits a London Borough, and caters for all requirements from flat conversions to large established detached houses.
