Corby is a borough in the county of Northamptonshire, in the centre of England. It has the fastest growing population in the whole country, and is historically famous for its steelworks.
Corby Town is one of the largest settlements in the area. Domestic property to the East of the town centre is limited, for in this area industry has historically taken precedence. To the West there are a variety of properties which were formerly housing for the steelworkers, but which are now frequently available to purchase.
Of course there are also a variety of rural properties available in the borough. In the smaller towns and villages of the region one may find a variety of homes with a historical aesthetic, which tend to suit middle to high income families with their own means of transport.
Because of its fast-growing population investing in property in Corby is a wise choice. A growing population will always require more housing, and therefore prices in the region will always be set at a premium. The potential for reselling a property in the borough will always be great.
