Wakefield is a city in West Yorkshire located on the edge of the Pennines, 9 miles south-east of Leeds. It is well-connected by rail with a choice of two train stations: Wakefield Kirkgate and Wakefield Westgate Leeds being a 20 minute journey, Doncaster 17 minutes and London just over 2 hours. The M1 and M62 are easily accessible and Leeds Bradford International Airport is just 19 miles away.
