Poole Harbour is becoming famous not just in the UK but internationally for its riverside living, featuring properties by major house builders and bespoke architect commissioned designs. This has led to dramatic rises in the number of apartments being available for sale matched only by the equally high number of detached properties available. This sought after area has seen house prices rise and a 5 bedroom house can sell for over 7,000,000, it is not surprising that new developments have been increasing with a good supply of brand new homes readily available to the market.
