Ipswich is the county town of Suffolk, England and located on the estuary of the River Orwell. Considerable recent development has turned previously industrial dockside areas into a residential and commercial centre. This has resulted in an influx of high net-worth individuals drawn by the upmarket and prestigious waterfront property now available.
